Hello. It’s Wednesday night. I went to the bookstore earlier. I bought a book called Written on the Body by Jeanette Winterson which I am very excited about. I had never heard about it but the minute I saw it on the shelf I just could tell I’d like it. I also bought this really corny mafia romance book to read for fun when I’m done with The City and Its Uncertain Walls by Murakami. Sometimes escapism is an enjoyable pastime! I saw this necklace I really like but it’s almost $700??? So??? No.
This is probably a really boring post. I am going to make a post about my new iPod soon. The snow on the ground is melting and I think my brain might be too. I’d like to make longer posts but I also like keeping my thoughts in my head.
Here are some things I’ve been thinking about this week:
- Joan Didion in general…but specifically her packing list
- My Apple Music Replay from this year because I don’t use Spotify
- How many lattes I can make in a day without it being unacceptable
- How I can channel the energy of the man I saw at the coffee shop earlier who had on a very nice leather jacket
- Baking a pie
- If I should go to my neighborhood church just to see what it’s like
- When It’s Over by The Soft Moon
- How bad the French movie A Faithful Man is…like wow
- The dreams I’ve been having
If you read all of this, that’s nice. You must care about me. Or maybe you’re just bored. No matter how bored you are, don’t watch A Faithful Man. It’s a waste of precious finite time. Pod post coming soon.

Joan is real as fuck for the bourbon and cigs. I say anything under 3 lattes is acceptable especially if it’s just a double shot. Who really cares about the health of their cardiovascular system anyways, I know I don’t. Drink up! Go buy that oatmilk
thanks for the feedback my fabulous gayola friend. I miss you and out out. Out out with Joan would go crazy. Maybe for my nasty 19 we can channel that energy!✨⭐️
